Lot 5 Private Chef Experience
This auction lot is for a five course tasting menu for
up to 6 people served in the comfort of your home
with service included. The menu will be prepared by a Professionally trained Chef with over 30 years experience in the catering industry and who is currently a Chef Lecturer at Barnsley College. Andrew Hodgkiss started his career as a chef over 30 years ago and studied catering and hospitality at Barnsley College in the early 90’s. He has worked in a number of restaurants around the country including the Michelin Starred Gidleigh Park in Devon. Andrew was Chef Owner of Ye Olde Mustard Pot, Midhopestones, back in the early 2000’s where they were voted one of the Top Gastropubs in the country. Andrew is Chef Lecturer, teaching culinary Skills back
at Barnsley College. Dates & times to be discussed and agreed with the successful bidder.

1) Fred Trueman Maquette by Graham Ibbeson
This is small working model of Graham’s bronze, over life-size sculpture of legendary England fast bowler Fred Trueman, that was unveiled in Skipton in 2009.The sculpture is cast into pewter, and comes in a presentation box, with Fred Truman’s signature printed on the box, with the kind permission of Fred’s family.
