10.30am Workshop with 400 Primary School Children (aged 8-10 years old) at Horizon CC Theatre
12.30pm Meet the Mayor at the Town Hall 1.30pm Visit Experience Barnsley 3.00pm Rehearsal at Emmanuel Church 7.00pm Concert at Emmanuel Church
Saturday 3rd December
10.00am Rehearsal at Horizon CC
4.00pm Concert at Horizon CC Theatre with Barnsley Children’s Choir 7.00pm Concert at Horizon CC Theatre with BYC Intermediate/Senior Choirs
Sunday 4th December
Day of rest with the host families
2.00pm Adults from Adolf Fredriks taken to Cannon Hall for lunch 6.00pm Christmas Party with all BYC Choirs at Royston Civic Hall
Monday 5th December
8.00am Meet for a day trip to York visiting York Minster and we have negotiated for them to spend time in the Minster Choir rehearsal rooms.
3.45pm Fish and Chips at the Wetherby Whaler 5.30pm Rehearsal at St. Mary’s Church 7.30pm Lucia Concert at St. Mary’s Church
Tuesday 6th December
6.00am Set off back to Stockholm
